APANO, in collaboration with the Coalition of Communities of Color, hjas produced a 250+ page study entitled The Asian and Pacific Islander Community in Multnomah County: An Unsettling Profile, 2012 (read it). It details the state of API in Multnomah County, Oregon (including Portland), that analyzes economic, education, health and other indicators of our communities' opportunity and well-being.

• Reader feedback •

Although our Strategic Planning Retreat has been held, we are still interested in hearing from more Pacific Islander school students in grades 1-12 and from more of the larger Pacific Islander community in Oregon and Washington. We would like to determine if our past concentration on education-oriented events is still what the P.I. community would like us to do. We have surveys for both P.I. students and the P.I. community that we hope you will take the time to fill out (about 3 minutes).
Both on-line and downloadable survey formats are available.
